TW-47 with Vertex Standard VX231 and VX350 series

QUESTION: The Clear Com TW-47 was intended to interface with the 2-way radio Vertex Standard (YAESU) model VX-351 at a Church.
This VX-351 unit has a single 3.5mm 4-poles phone jack connector combining phone/mic  instead of dual 3.5mm for phone/mic separate.
I had tried various wiring instruction as mentioned on page 2-1 to 2-2 of the INSTALLATION section of the User Manual, but none works correctly with the VX-351 as I tried with. Please advise the wiring method for this type of 2-way radio with a single 3.5mm 4-poles connection.
