Note:  This solution assumes the user has already built up Sort Groups in EHX v8.7 software and applied them to the
Eclipse frame.  This mode provides the FSII user an easy way to change key assignments on the fly during the course
of their work flow or when EHX software cannot be accessed. 
1.)  To give the Freespeak II beltpack the ability to Assign a sort group locally either:
      a.)  Go into the FSII BP master menu and scroll to "Sort Grp Toggle" and press the D button to activate or
      b.)  From EHX panel programming populate the desired FSII BP Role key location (A, B, C or D) with the "Assign"
            key from the Special Entities Menu
2.)  From EHX panel programming menu place Sort Groups on the FSII BP role key buttons as needed
3.)  Press the "Assign" key or from the Master Menu press the D key to activate Assign Mode

4.)  Scroll with the rotary encoders on the FSII beltpack to assign the desired key on the BP display, note that the Reply key
      will display an inverted "Assign" in the reply key position

5.)  Press the Reply key to exit Assign Sort Groups mode and return to regular beltpack mode
