Matrix: In Dante Controller sometimes the "Device Info" is missing and certain control settings such as "lock" are found to be greyed out when you open a specific device
Solution:
Windows Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
Scroll down until you see Dante Control and Monitoring
Right click and restart this service.
Dante Controller should now work correctly again.
