Matrix: How do I connect a Gateway unit to Eclipse-HX for SIP dialling
Customer wishes to use a Gateway device as SIP extension to IP-PBX for VoIP telephony - Can we dialout from V-series panels via Gateway - Can the Gateway be used as a SIP extension line
Solution yes you can use Gateway device as SIP (VoIP telephony ) extension connected to the 4wire (MVX) ports on the Eclipse-HX matrix and have the V-series panels dial in/out via the Gateway SIP line.
use Gateway part # CG-X4-MIP1-M4W3.- Configure the Gateway units as TEL-14 (with h/w detect turned off)
