Answer: You need tomake sure you have administration rights on the Computer running ECS.
Or run the Eclipse Configuration Software in admin mode.
You can also try right click > Compatibility > Run As Administrator. The error(from your attachment) is shown because ECS cannot read / write to the folderwhere the file is stored.
