Matrix: How do I set a static IP address on a Windows 7 computer?

Question:  We have loaded ECS 5.2 onto a new Windows 7 laptop successfully and are now needing help setting up a static IP address on the Ethernet port.  It appears to be different from the setup in the ECS manual which seems to be based on Windows XP.  Can you advise how to do this?
