Matrix: Does EHX software / firmware support older Clear-Com Legacy panels?
Question: I have some existing ICS-1016E panels that I need to add to a new Pico frame, but I noticed that my Eclipse HX software doesn't show those panels in the "port function" under "Cards and ports". My only options are I-station and the V-series panels. How do I add these ICS panels?
Answer: HX versions of Eclipse only supports i-stations and v-series panels (rotary, pushbutton and lever key). Clear-Com legacy panels (ICS-92, ICS-1016, ICS-2003, PD42xx) do not work with HX, only with standard ECS Eclipse enabled frames.
