Term: What functionality does the Matrix +3 "Local Advanced" tab provide?

This screen sets functions that determine how every station and interface will interact with each system component divided into main sections on this configuration screenThe “Source” box on the left hand side enables selection of the type of system component to configure:  station or interfaceThe “Destination” box on the center/right side allows the type of system component (station, interface, PLs, FGs or Controls) is associated with the source station or interface will be associated with

Local Advanced Settings (Station to Interface)Mute Relay – enables a specific interface label in the destination screen to activate a source station’s mute relay when the talk key for that interface is selected.  This could be used to mute a monitor speaker or turning on a light or unlocking a door.  Normally the mute relay will activate with every talk label press on that station

Solution update: ECS provides similar functions in its Local Advance screen.The ECS local advance screen is arranged that all sources are on the left hand side and all destinations are arranged across the top row.An enabled crosspoint between source and destination will set the function. By hovering your mouse over a crosspoint will be up a tool-tip which will detail the action and audio path.
