Matrix: IP Panel setup - Panel ID character string information

After the IVC-32 card is declared in ECS software, the user can declare ports as V-series IP panels or Concert panels..  When a panel is assigned to any port it is assigned by ECS in the advanced settings column a unique 10 character string as the panel ID.
This panel ID is then entered manually on a specific IP enabled panel in order that the IVC-32 card can provide the handshake to acknowledge the panel and allow the panel to display it's unique talk and listen keysets.
The 10 digit character string is made up of alphanumeric characters randomly assigned by ECS.  The user can edit this character string to a smaller string of less than 10 characters or create a name in order to provide a meaningful name for the IP Panel. The only requirement from the user perspective is to not duplicate any panel IDs as this might confuse the panel login process.
