Sales: Customer is missing a certain item in their shipment, who can they contact?

Customer should contact Sales Support and provide a reference number such as; sales order#, PO# or our billing invoice#.  Customer should give the part# and quantity that are missing in their shipment.  Sales Support will then investigate and submits "shipping discrepancy" to Poway and arrange/coordinate to ship replacement part to customer immediately.
