Matrix: EHX 7.1 software "Tools" menu changes
In EHX v7.1 some menu items have changed location from the "File" drop down menu and have been relocated to the "Tools" dropdown menu.
The "Matrix Connection" menu dialog screen is now part of the "Tools" menu and the "Apply changes to Frame" and "Apply Firmware to System" are now part of this menu.
As in previous versions of EHX the following screens / actions can be selected:

- Open Last Project on Login
- Enable Uploading Configurations
- Enable Ten Character Labels
- Display Help Screens
