Matrix: After upgrading a IVC-32/ LMC-64 card the upgraded card does not take the IP address from the Config

If after upgrading a MK-I (green PCB) IVC-32 or LMC-64 card, the upgraded card does not take the IP address as set in the Config (EHX/ECS) but rather continues to use the same IP address used during TFTP upgrade process, then please try this work around:
Adjust the transmit delay time from 50ms to 0ms in the Tera Term application and re-flash the IVC-32 App code again. The transmit delay time can be found in the serial settings menu as explained below.
We have found that in very rare cases adjusting the serial port transmit delay setting in the Tera Term application from 50ms to 0ms has helped with the upgrade. Another workaround is to use a different PC / serial port.
We also recommend that you use the latest version of Tera Term which can be found one the ECS /EHX DVD.

Tera Term version:

Tera Term: in the serial settings, adjust the transmit delay to 0.
