Matrix: Can I connect a MTX+3 panel with 2.4.1 firmware to a Matrix running v2.3.7
Customer has Sys200 running V2.4.1Compact 72 running V2.3.7 If they take a panel which is working on the compact 72 and then connect it to the Sys200 and upgrade the panel code to V2.4.1It works fine but if they then move the V2.4.1 panel back onto the Compact 72 running V2.3.7 then it stops working
Answer:The 2.4.1 panel if connected to a 2.3.7 frame will probably indicate the following message: Panel Firmware incompatible with system firmware.
