IP-LQ: Can I connect LQ devices over satellite links
Satellite IP link (through satellite modems)I wonder how much is LQ optimized for managing such IP links where we could need to lower bandwidth dramatically and also manage longer delays and echo cancellation. Can you give me some details for this scenario?
Answer: We have had customers try LQ over satellite links, the lowest data settings results in 60Kbps per channel, we have a patched version of software which can support 2sec latency and we are looking to increase this to 5sec latency along with echo cancellation in late 2016.
