My order has been shipped but can I change the delivery address?

If the package is still enroute and has not yet been delivered to the recipient, we can put a request to UPS or FedEx or whoever the carrier may be to change the delivery address.  But this is not guaranteed that it can be changed.  It will depend on the carrier's processing and handling.  Sales Support will provide you confirmation.
