Matrix: How do I setup my E-MADI MKII card for clock recovery?
The E-MADI MKII card will automatically recover word clock from the incoming MADI stream or the dedicated word clock input BNC connector depending on hardware connections.
If no dedicated word clock input is detected, the MKII card will recover clock from the MADI stream.
This is explicitly configured in EHX>Hardware>Cards and Ports.
Find your E-MADI MKII card(s) in the card slot list in the Cards and Ports window.
Double-click your E-MADI MKII card(s) to open card properties (can also be done with right-click>card properties).
Select Audio Clock Mode>Clock Received or Clock recovered (default option) - Note this is in a section that may still be marked "For Future Use" - Please ignore this (the future is now).
E-MADI MKII cards can also be assigned as clock master if desired.

1) The E-MADI MKI card does not support this feature
2) Requires EHX V9.1 or later
