Matrix: What changes performed in ECS will require the Matrix to reset?
The following ECS changes will require the Matrix to be reset:
Any Level Adjustments changes excluding input and output levels in the Advanced setting screen (hardware>cards and ports screen)
Changes to Expansion Panels add/remove in the Advanced setting screen (hardware>cards and ports screen)
Changes to a panel Speaker Dim level in the Advanced setting screen (hardware>cards and ports screen)
Assigning your matrix hardware type
Associating a configuration with your system
Changing the frame type from PiCo/E32/Median/Omega
Changing the system IP address details
Naming individual ports
Performing first serial configuration download
Save and Activate the configuration association with a hardware frame and IP.
Setting the correct card types for the frame
Selecting the correct panel or interface types for each port
Setting System installation Passcodes for FreeSpeak / Supervisor / Control Macros
Setting System Preferences for tallies (Red or Green)
Setting the system IP address details
* if any of these parameters are changed and you make a download (apply change) ECS will indicate that a frame reset is required. Click ok to continue
