Matrix: What is the model number of the M+3 config card backup battery?
It has been Clear-Com's recommendation to replace this battery after 5 years of continuous service. If the frame is powered down and the configuration doesn't come up it is probably time to replace the battery.
The battery can also be purchased directly through a number of third party suppliers such as Allied, Mouser Electronics, Powersource etc.
Eagle-Picher part #: HP-5134
Tadiran part #: TL-5134
The Tadiran web site indicates that this part # is now obsolete, but they reference a replacement part # TL-4934 which appears to be a direct replacement.
