Matrix: Why do I get error messages about ECS comfort tone duplicate ports?

On ECS Omega and Median frames that use E-FIB and E-QUE cards it is possible that a large number of virtual ports can be in use on the system.  E-FIB cards can use up to 192 virtual ports, E-QUE can use up to 60 virtual ports.  For example on a Omega frame with 13 MVX-A16 cards, 1 E-QUE card and 1 E-FIB card set for 160 trunks the total number of virtual ports in use could be up to 428 ports.
If the comfort port tones are set to their default values of 237, 238 and 239 this will cause a conflict in ECS that will prevent a successful download to the frame when Apply Changes is attempted.  See the error message below:

To correct the error simply go to the System Preferences screen, select the Intelligent Linking tab and reset the comfort tone port settings (No Trunk, System Down, Trunk Clear) from the default settings to port numbers higher than the total number of virtual ports used in the system.
