Matrix: Does the I-station swap page in ECS 5.1 allow apply to the expansion panel keys?

By using the keypad #6 key on the I-station the user has access to a second page of keys on the I-station.  If this panel has an expansion panel attached to it the swap page functionality doesn't apply to the expansion panel.  This gives the programmer or user the following key programming capability:
I-station --> 30 programmable keys on the main page and a additional 30 programmable keys on the swap page for a total of 60 programmable talk or listen keys
expansion panel -->32 additional keys on the main page.
In total the user would have up to 92 programmable keys in 2RU using one I-station with an attached expansion panel.
