Matrix: EHX fails to start on PC with FIPs (hard drive encryption turned on)

Some companies require PCs to have hard drive encryption enabled. This can have the effect of stopping EHX from starting/working correctly in order to access system files

FIPS compliant encryption on Windows preventing EHX from starting.Resolved in v9.1 rev B. From the command prompt or Right mouse click on the desktop's EHXicon, and in the SHORTCUT tab of the properties window and edit the target line to: EclipseClient.exe RequireFips,  (SEE ATTACHED) Behavior changes slightly, in that this stops EHX from checking for multiple instances
