Matrix: Can I forcibly drop the Telephone line from my panel if the caller has left the phone off hook

We always have the problem to install TEL 14s close to the operators  so that they can manually switch drop the telephone line , if the caller leaves the phone off hook (that's the common complaint from all customers). However, is there the possibility to drop the line forcibly from panels
You can forcibly drop the line from a Panel using the TEL-RELease function, make sure in ECS that the Remote line release option is checked on the required panel,  the remote line release can be found on V-series, ICS-2003  and I-station.Note: In addition to hanging up the telephone interface, this will deactivate any talk/listen selector set to the interface from anywhere in the system.
