Matrix: What mode are the Eclipse Omega/Median Frame GPI inputs set to from the factory?

The General Purpose Input (GPI) inputs are factory default setup for unisolated (normal) mode.  This mode does not require that any externally connected equipment or switch closure to power the general purpose input.
In normal modeTo facilitate a GPI activation;  the user would for example wire a switch closure from one of the available GND pins on the GPI connector (pin 9-13) to the designated Logic Input 1 thru 8.
On the Omega and Median series Eclipse frames the J1 jumper on the CPU rear card selects the GPI mode (opto-isolated or normal mode).  The normal mode is the jumper across pins 2 and 3 (this is the two pins closest to the rear of the GPI connector).  The opto-isolated mode is the jumper across pins 1 and 2 (this is the two pins furthest away from the GPI connector).
In isolated modeTo facilitate a GPI activation;  the user would for example wire a switch closure from one of the available V IN- pins on the GPI connector (pin 24-25) to the designated Logic Input 1 thru 8 AND also provide power to the V IN+ and V IN- pins (A DC voltage between 7-24V needs to be applied between V IN+ and V IN-)
