Partyline: Can I control the source/destination programming of an RCS-2700 via a PC and RCU-67 remote programmer at the same time?

Question:  I'm setting up an RCS-2700 source/destination assignment panel and want to know if both the serial comm port and remote RCU-67 CAT-5 port can be online at the same time for programming the RCS unit?
Answer:  An RCU-67 Remote Control Unit can be plugged into the front-panel jack to provide additional programming capability. The RCU-67 connects to the RCS-2700 unit through Category-5 cable with RJ-45 connectors. The RCS-2700 unit will recognize the presence of the RCU-67 and will begin communicating with it after it has been plugged in for a few seconds.  While an RCU-67 is plugged into the front-panel jack, communication with a PC or with a rear-panel connected RCU-67 will be suspended thus rendering the RCS-WIN software into the off-line state.
