Matrix: How do I find the MAC address on Clear-Com IP enabled products?

You can get the MAC address of any IP device connected on the same LAN as your PC by using the ARP command from a DOS window on your PC.
Go to Windows > start > Run and type CMD
1.)  When the DOS style window opens type the command ‘arp -d’ (note there is a space between arp & -d)to clear the current table.
2.)  Then PING the Eclipse Pico frame (or any other Clear-Com device) with the DOS command ‘PING xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx’ where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of the
IP enabled Clear-Com product (Eclipse Matrix, IVC-32 card, IP-Panel, FS base2, HelixNet, LQ etc).
3.)  Then type the command 'arp -a' this will display a table which shows IP addresses and their MAC address.
