Matrix Rebooting Every 5 to 10 Minutes
Matrix Rebooting Every 5 to 10 Minutes
If you are finding that your Eclipse Matrix is doing a full shutdown and reboot every five to ten minutes, try disconnecting the Ethernet cable going to the Matrix Lan1 or Lan2 port. If the Matrix continues to do a full reboot, contact Clear-Com Technical Support. If the Matrix no longer reboots after disconnecting the Ethernet cable, check that there isn't some sort of IP conflict on your network. With the Ethernet cable disconnected try pinging the IP Address of the frame. If you receive a reply then check your network for the device that has a duplicate IP Address. Additionally, check for any kind of storm, conflict or loop within the network.
