Are the headsets serialized?
No, all CC headsets are not serialized.
Solution update Sep 18, 2020
Clear-Com headsets (CC-300/400/220/110) now have a manufacturing date code under the ear pad for the headset and inside the XLR connector for the cable. Depending on the repair being done (cable or headset). Please enter date code information as serial number for the time being
