Matrix Eclipse Median CPU start up problem
Matrix Eclipse Median CPU start up problem
Median matrix CPU keeps reseting it self
Some production CPU cards when fitted into a lightly loaded matrix with 2-3 MVX cards could reset themselves or not boot up correctly
Solution:
TPF 1261 had not been implemented.
The TPF calls up a different power on inductor that takes less current on power up
An easy way to check is pull out the CPU card ,
Look at L1 and L25 on the board - they should be the same cream colour , if they are different then your card needs to be modified
Send the card back to a Clear-Com service centre stating the fault above.
