An alternate TFTP server software that shows actual progress during the course of the upgrade. It can be found at the following website: (http://www.tftp-server.com/). This TFTP server is known to work on Win7 PCs Before the upgrade process on a V-Panel disable all but the network card involved (no wireless, VPN or 3G).
