Can we use VSM (or another automation software) and through the HCI protocol, will it be possible to emulate a panel key? For instance, one key to talk to a stereo IFB : when that virtual key is triggered, it routes the audio from a incoming stream to an already defined stereo IFB.
Yes: The Eclipse-HX HCI provides VSM (similar automation software) the facility to route Callers, Sources, Destinations and Returns to IFBs. A stereo destination may have any system IFB route to either one or both ears.
With a single HCI message VSM can request the Caller Audio to be routed to any IFB configured in the system.
