From my intercom panel can I trigger the relay on a LQ-GPIO unit that is connected to a two-way radio
Yes if your LQ is connected via MVX or IVC to the intercom matrix you can program a keys on your intercom panel to trigger a radio connected to a LQ-GPIO unit see attached PDF
if you have a LQ-2W2 then the control signal from the matrix will be converted to a PL -Call signal
