HelixNet: Why does the IFB Program dim when in a channel with a 4-wire device

I have connected a audio feed to my HMS  (PGM Input ) and configured the PGM as an IFB source and assigned it to channel. In the same channel I have also assigned a 4wire port
When I talk to the channel the PGM input dims as expected but it stays dimmed even when I stop talking on the channel . I would expect the PGM to return to its normal level after talking to the channel as per normal IFB operation

Answer: When a program feed is used with IFB dim level. If the program feed and a 4-wire  interface are assigned to the same channel, make sure to add enable VOX to the 4-wire interface.
If there is no VOX enabled then the 4-wire will cause the program IFB to constantly dim. This does not depend on whether the program output on the 4-wire is muted or unmuted.
