To obtain logs from the client server there are 3 steps to follow.
Perform save diagnostics from any client as normal. This will save the current configs and project file etc. You do not need to log other users off.
2. From the SERVER machine you need to copy the EHXDataStore.sdf file.
This is usually located at C:\Program Files\ClearCom\EHX Configuration Server ***\EclipseWCFWS
3. Copy any archived logs from the server machine, usually located at:
C:\Users\EHXServer\Clearcom\EHX Configuration System\Logs
Zip the files from points 2 and 3 and send them with the save diagnostics output to your the clear-com tech support team
