Listen to ST2110 streams using VLC media play

It is possible it listen to SINGLE channel ST2110 streams using the popular VLC media player
This post is based of internet searches related to VLC being able to listen to RTP streams
install VLC onto your PC https://www.videolan.org/
search the VLC forum for updates tips on how to use VLC to monitor RTP streams
VLC can open SDP files and use simple sound monitor switching from the playlist.
Only supports single channel ST2110 streams
Make sure the RTP port number (default 5004) is a even number in the SDP file
This tip is only used for audio confidence measurements as the PC and VLC do no use PTP
