Matrix: Does Clear-Com supply or recommend rack mount kits for HX matrix

Do you know if the HX-Median frame comes with any additional support mounts for installation (L shape side brackets) etc. If not, do you have any recommendations for providing additional support to the frame

Answer :

We do recommend customers to install them. Unfortunately, none of our Eclipse-HX matrices come with any additional support brackets for mounting into 19” rack equipment bays or server racks .

Reason being each equipment rack (server bay) uses different mounts. The customer (or System Integrator) will need to purchase support brackets that match their equipment rack

Go for "L"  brackets that span the whole depth of the equipment rack
