Yes , you can split the Admin (control) and IVC connections on a IPA card

LAN 1 = Admin 

LAN 2 = IVC 

LAN 3 = AES67  / AOIP 

 

In EHX IPA card settings toggle the use IVC option to off  and you can then put the IVC onto a different LAN
