Matrix: Not able to use OTA function to register FSII BPs

We recently purchased some additional FSII BPs for our Eclipse-HX system but whenever we try to register the new FSII BPS using the OTA method it fails

 

 

Answer: if you are using EHX v14.x, we have identified the reported defect

If the customer has registered more than 74 devices (of any wireless type), then the system will prevent the 'fetch' mechanism for OTA from working (rack to EHX). There is a planned fix in the upcoming EHX v15 due later in 2026

As a work around please use the USB registration method
