Matrix: IP TCVR Antenna with DECT Sync shows No Signal

If you have an IP -TCVR issue where DECT sync shows No Signal as in the picture below:

This happens when the Antenna Firmware is incompatible with E-IPA and the Matrix Rack code firmware. Check the Matrix firmware report for the correct EHX setup release version in your Matrix.
