Matrix: what is the minimum Rx receiver power for E-FIB card

Customer in the UK reported a issue with a dirty fibre cable between two Fibre linked Matrices fitted with E-FIB cards

As there are no E-FIB SFP data shown in the matrix diagnostic event log , they would like to know if they were to shine a light down a fibre cable , what is the minimum db level needed before our E-FIB card would stop recognizing the signal ??

Answer : looking at the datasheet of the SFP used on the E-FIB card , the minimum receive power level is -18dBm
