Matrix: USB to Serial adapters for E-IPA terminal access

If you are asked to connect a USB to TTL cable to an IPA card by Clear-Com support, there are a number of approaches that will work.

DO NOT CONNECT VOLTAGE PINS TO THE CARD FOR ANY REASON.

The connections required are Receive, Transmit, and Ground, which should connect to J703:

USB to TTL cables are generally available for low cost, but there can be a large variation in the color-coding for the individual pins.
