Matrix: How to upgrade E-IPA card via CCM without (mDNS) name:

  • APPROVED

    • Do the following setups:

    1)Go to EHX Configurations > Preferences

    2)Go to System Access code - Edit Password to admin and download to the Matrix

    3-4)Go to E-IPA -HX Card Properties - Open in browser and configure setup 3 and setup 4

    5-6) Go to upgrade and select setup 5 and setup 6 for the firmware upgrade.
