Matrix: PSU Module failiure not displayed in EHX-Monitoring

 Problem

A PSU failure LED is lit on the alarm module but EHX monitoring page does not display a PSU related error

 Solution

Reason for that is the system architecture and missing messaging across the backplane in case of Median and Omega frames.

  1. EHX Monitoring will only display PSU failures on Pico and Delta frames

  2. Omega or Median frames will always display both PSU1 and PSU2 as good

  3. Same is true for the Event-Log

  4. In case of Median and Omega please rely solely on the alarm module LEDs
