Q: Is FIM-4W2 compatible with FIM-S222?
A: The FIM-4W2 is the replacement for the FIM-S222 and is not compatible, its does use the same cabling so if one goes bad replace each end with a FIM-4W2 and the wring and power supplies are the same.

FIM-S222 is compatible with FIM-202D
FIM-4W2 is not compatible with any of the older FIM’s
FIM-4W2 needs a pair to work
