Arcadia: How do I send the headset audio from a panel to a mixer

Audio people want to have a copy their headset connection connect to their audio console so that they can listen to their intercom on their own headphones or loudspeaker. In a perfect world they can choose if the sidetone is going to that output also.

Using Arcadia

If the panel is a HRM (Helixnet remote station) - not possible unless you connect something to the XLR-4 headset

If the panel is a V-series panel - the current R4.0.x firmware has a fixed setting for the external connections see Arcadia: What are the V-Series panel auxiliary audio inputs and outputs when used with Arcadia (R4.0)

Therefore the best option is to use some sort of adapter from the XLR4 headset to the audio console

Line in >> Headset mic

Line out << Headset ears
