Wireless: FSII BP BAT60 battery not powering up BP or not charging (Aug 2025)

    FSII-BP not charging/ not reading battery levels correctly with BAT60 batch on or after August 2025:

    • Please upgrade your FSII BP firmware to V5.25.32 or later.

      • Clear-Com introduced a new battery management chip into the BAT60 this year which resulted in having to upgrade the f/w on the FSII BP to manage both old and new types of BAT60.

      • BAT60 Batchcode B25AUG or after:

    You can download the latest version of FSII BP firmware from our website : FreeSpeak II firmware page

    FSII 19 BP - v 5.25.32.0
    FSII 24 BP - v 3.5.50.0

    Effective date is 31-Aug-2025 , when the new firmware was released

     

    if you are still having problems , please ensure the battery is fully charged , or is left for 3-4hrs to charge using the AC60
