Arcadia: How do I change the IP address of my IPT

    • We recently installed our Arcadia + FreeSpeak wireless system (using IPTs)

    I need to change static IP address of the IPTs , how do I do that

     

    answer:

    Goto Arcadai CCM > hardware > resources 

    EXPAND the Transceivers box (#1) 

    Select transceiver and select details 

    it will show you the MDNS name of the transceiver  and its IP address 

     

    web browser to the IPT IP address

    Username: admin      

    Password: (MDNS), only the number highlighted is required

    The MDNS address will look something like CC-IPT-11YYP925.

    Change both the AOIP Admin and AOIP Audio settings to either DHCP or Static

    • if using Static it must in the same subnet range as the IP address for the Arcadia AES67 LAN port
