Agent IC communications disrupted by Emergency Alerts

A customer reported that an emergency alert disrupted all communications for Agent IC users. They inquired about how to prevent this from occurring in the future. This behavior is controlled at the device level on most mobile platforms. On iOS, alert settings can be managed under Notifications, while on Android devices, they are found under Alerts or Emergency Alerts settings. After Agent IC use it is recommended to turn the alerts back on.
