    Using Arcadia (R4) – will a user be able to create a role (i.e DIR) and be able to use the same role on FSII BP and Vpanel

    • Meaning if they log into Vpanel they get 12 keys , but if they log out of Vpanel and log into the same role on FSII BP , they get the 4 keys on the BP

    • But anyone calling DIR , will talk to the user on which every device they are actively logged into

     

    This is the function in EHX, Can you confirm if it works like that in Arcadia

     

    Answer : Yes that is correct , you can log out of one user station and move to another user station with the same role name , any one talking to your role will appear on the current user station you are using

     

    Example using the DIR role name : Only one user station can be logged into a DIR Role at any given time on either Arcadia or Eclipse.  Anyone talking to DIR will talk to whichever user station is logged onto the Role at that time.
