Matrix: Panel to Matrix IP Linking (IVC)

Matrix: Panel to Matrix IP Linking (IVC)

Question: How do you link a Panel to HX-IPA (IVC)?

Answer: The IP address, User ID and Password must be configured on both the EHX and the panel before a connection can be established.

Prerequisite:

  1. HX-IPA Card IP Address is already configured

  2. Panel(s) are connected to the same subnet as the IPA card.

 Notes:

Verify in the EHX System that the IPA (ADMIN/ IVC) IP address is correct and reachable.

Execute a Ping or network test to check the connectivity.
