Skyport: Gen-IC Account Owner not able to create Workspace

Question : I don’t see the option to create a workspace for my GEN-IC instance

Answer : You need to purchase (FOC) the Skyport Plan

Initial window – no option to add workspace yet till subscription is ready.

 

  1. Add a subscription

  2. Make payment via credit card or bank transfer

  3. Upon subscribing Gen-IC there’s option to upgrade skyport plan (free)

  1. Click “try now”

  1. Upon successfully upgraded plan, there is option to create work space

  1. Account owner could add account admin too for colleagues to start having same rights as account owner except can’t add another account admin – only owner could add account admin.
